These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RxPost, Inc. website and marketplace (“RxPost,” “Service”). This page is a template provided for the marketing site and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Eligibility
The RxPost marketplace is available only to licensed pharmacies and their authorized personnel. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a validly licensed pharmacy.
Compliant use
You agree to use RxPost only for lawful, DSCSA-compliant pharmacy-to-pharmacy transactions that meet a specific patient need, within applicable state transfer limits. You may not list controlled substances, expired or recalled product, or any item prohibited by your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Fees
Pricing, including per-sale fees and subscription charges, is described on our Pricing page. Fees are charged as disclosed at the time of a transaction or subscription.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” RxPost facilitates transactions between licensed pharmacies but is not a party to the underlying sale of product. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
